Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management to join a well- Known Bank in Bahrain for 6-8 Months. The ideal candidate will support Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service within Private Banking and, has an experience in banking or customer care, strong bilingual communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within Private Banking.
  • Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates to RMs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business in Finance & Banking
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant Experience
  • Preferred Previous Work Experience: Banking
  • Preferred Previous Functional Experience: Customer Care
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
