Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to products, pricing, orders, delivery, and services.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems accurately.
  • Track customer complaints, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide order status updates and ensure proper communication with customers.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and customer data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and communication protocols.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer support reports.
  • Maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Coordination and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of billing, order processing, or logistics (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM / Sales Support
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
