Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, pricing, orders, delivery, and services.
- Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems accurately.
- Track customer complaints, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide order status updates and ensure proper communication with customers.
- Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and communication protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer support reports.
- Maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of billing, order processing, or logistics (preferred)
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM / Sales Support
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
