Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in Hindi and Arabic, who can deliver exceptional client service for our retail and institutional clients. The ideal candidate has experience working with FX services and FX trading / dealing licensed companies and understands compliance, trading processes, and client onboarding in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality, professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat in Hindi, Arabic, and English. Previous Sales and Business development experience
· Assist clients with account opening, verification, deposits/withdrawals, and basic trading queries.
· Guide clients through the account opening and verification process.
· Review and validate KYC documents (ID, proof of address, source of funds) for completeness and quality.
· Ensure client profiles are accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
· Escalate incomplete, suspicious, or inconsistent documentation to the Compliance team.
· Support trading operations, including order execution and resolving trade-related inquiries, in compliance with Category 1 & 5 regulatory standards.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FX products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and market practices.
· Escalate complex queries to senior support or compliance teams as required.
· Ensure all client interactions are logged and tracked per company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
· Contribute to process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives.
Requirement and Skills:
· Fluency in Hindi and Arabic (spoken and written), with good command of English.
· Minimum 2–3 years in customer support or client services in a regulated FX / brokerage environment.
· Experience in Sales or BD from forex industry.
· Exposure to retail and institutional client handling is preferred.
· Previous experience in Category 1 and Category 5 FX companies.
· Strong knowledge of forex trading, MT4/MT5 platforms, and brokerage operations.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
· Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements (SCA, AML/KYC) is a plus.
