Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Act as the resident-facing representative ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Attend to resident requests, complaints, and feedback.

- Coordinate move-in/move-out formalities.

- Manage society notices, circulars, and event coordination.

- Maintain resident database and MIS reports.

- Assist in community engagement and welfare activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
