Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to manage customer interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise customer service representatives.
• Ensure fast and efficient service to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Keep customers updated on products and promotions.
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups.
• Train and support team members.
• Generate reports for management.
• Use social media to promote products.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
