CRM-Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular communication to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Distributor’s inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Strengthen business relationships through regular engagement, feedback sessions, and business reviews.

2. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of DB information, orders, feedback, and interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports.

3. Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share DBs insights and feedback with management to support decision-making and product development.

Key Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of FMCG sales, distribution networks, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple works effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Sales in FMCG or similar industries.
  • Language: Proficiency in Bengali, English and local language preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
