CRM-Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular communication to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Distributor’s inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Strengthen business relationships through regular engagement, feedback sessions, and business reviews.
2. Data & Reporting
- Maintain updated records of DB information, orders, feedback, and interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
3. Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share DBs insights and feedback with management to support decision-making and product development.
Key Skills :

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of FMCG sales, distribution networks, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple works effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Sales in FMCG or similar industries.
- Language: Proficiency in Bengali, English and local language preferred.
