Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing CRM platforms
• Developing customer journey maps
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer engagement rate and retention rate
• Implementing or updating CRM systems
• Training employees to use CRM systems effectively
• Collaborating with sales and marketing professionals to attract and retain new customers
• Overseeing privacy compliance within a company’s CRM system, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
