The CRM is responsible for managing customer relationships related to service, ensuring timely follow-ups, handling customer feedback and complaints, and improving customer satisfaction and retention in the service department.

  • Coordinate with service department for customer follow-ups.
  • Track service reminders, service history, and repeat visits.
  • Handle escalation of service-related complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
