Key Responsibilities
- Close Sales: Promptly answer WhatsApp inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Manage Calendar: Maintain an accurate booking schedule to ensure zero overlaps.
- Review Management: Proactively collect customer feedback and 5-star reviews.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve miscommunications and flip negative reviews into positive experiences.
- Retention: Build long-term rapport with clients to drive repeat business.

Experience

- Tamil and English fluency is must. Hindi and other languages will be an added advantage for your profile
