Role Overview: Lead customer engagement on WhatsApp by converting inquiries into bookings, managing schedules, and maintaining brand reputation through high-touch relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close Sales: Promptly answer WhatsApp inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Manage Calendar: Maintain an accurate booking schedule to ensure zero overlaps.
  • Review Management: Proactively collect customer feedback and 5-star reviews.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve miscommunications and flip negative reviews into positive experiences.
  • Retention: Build long-term rapport with clients to drive repeat business.

Required Skills

  • Persuasive Communication: Ability to close sales via text with a friendly, professional tone.
  • High EQ: Strong soft skills for handling sensitive customer issues and complaints.
  • Service-Oriented: A "customer-first" attitude with a focus on quick response times.
  • Organized: Highly disciplined in managing high-volume chats and digital calendars.
  • CRM Tech: Experience with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho).

Experience

  • years in Customer Service, Sales, or CRM roles.
  • Proven track record in messaging-based sales and reputation management.
  • Tamil and English fluency is must. Hindi and other languages will be an added advantage for your profile

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
