Seaberry Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a leading distributor of frozen food products, serving a wide network of HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) clients, retail markets, and modern trade across Kerala. We are expanding our presence in the Kochi region and are looking for a seasoned professional with strong field experience to lead business development efforts in this segment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Handle primary and secondary sales coordination.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams.
- Conduct market visits and gather competitor insights.
- Ensure timely payment collection and account reconciliation.
- Lead and manage the sales team, monitor their performance, and provide guidance to achieve targets.
- Train and motivate team members for better market coverage and productivity.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in FMCG industry.
- Experience in team handling and leadership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling distributors and retail network.
- Willingness for field work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
