Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Company Overview:
Seaberry Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a leading distributor of frozen food products, serving a wide network of HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) clients, retail markets, and modern trade across Kerala. We are expanding our presence in the Kochi region and are looking for a seasoned professional with strong field experience to lead business development efforts in this segment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
  • Handle primary and secondary sales coordination.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Conduct market visits and gather competitor insights.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and account reconciliation.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, monitor their performance, and provide guidance to achieve targets.
  • Train and motivate team members for better market coverage and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in FMCG industry.
  • Experience in team handling and leadership.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling distributors and retail network.
  • Willingness for field work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

  • FMCG: 3 years (Required)
  • B2B sales: 6 years (Preferred)
