- Serve as the primary liaison for international clients, handling inquiries, follow- ups, and communications.
- Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking for international markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, regulatory) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain client databases, sales records, and communication logs using CRM software.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support sales teams with documentation, quotations, proforma invoices, andorder status updates.
- Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the business development team for service improvement.
- Assist in developing long-term relationships with international distributors and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export guidelines.
- Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, satisfaction, and order trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zo ho, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
- Understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, shipping processes, and trade compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across cultures and time
