  • Serve as the primary liaison for international clients, handling inquiries, follow- ups, and communications.
  • Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking for international markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, regulatory) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain client databases, sales records, and communication logs using CRM software.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support sales teams with documentation, quotations, proforma invoices, andorder status updates.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the business development team for service improvement.
  • Assist in developing long-term relationships with international distributors and channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export guidelines.
  • Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, satisfaction, and order trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zo ho, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, shipping processes, and trade compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across cultures and time
