Cure Wellness Centre is a holistic healthcare clinic focused on personalised, natural healing through Homeopathy and Naturopathy. We provide patient-centric care, combining medical expertise with compassionate support to help individuals achieve long-term wellness.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager who can build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and ensure a smooth, caring experience throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients (in-clinic, phone, WhatsApp).
- Understand patient needs and guide them through treatment plans and follow-ups.
- Coordinate appointments, reminders, and rescheduling as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with patients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and basic information requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Collect feedback and testimonials to improve the patient experience.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinic managers, and the front desk team for seamless service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update internal systems/trackers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Healthcare background is an added advantage).
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality will be a plus.
- Language Skills: Good command of English and Hindi.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with empathy and patience.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with patients.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic computer tools, and simple CRMs/trackers.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
Work Schedule
- Days: [e.g., 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday]
- Timings: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
