Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who can manage client communication, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer service experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong understanding of customer management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and support CRM strategy improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics, production, merchandising) to enhance the customer journey.
  • Manage customer interactions through email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Support customer retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and client follow-up activities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and CRM best practices.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field (BBA/BMS preferred).
  • Postgraduate candidates may also apply.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or CRM processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English is must
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Soft skills: patience, adaptability, empathy, and customer-first mindset.
