Customer Relationship Manager to Customer Relationship Officer

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Strong understanding of customer experience standards and dealership operations
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Minimum Graduation / Bachelor’s degree
1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile company
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting systems will be an added advantage
