Customer Relationship Manager | UAE Region

About Us

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager in Ajman to establish and lead a dedicated department that will control the end-to-end value chain, ensure target achievement, and drive sustainable growth. This role will play a key part in strengthening coordination between sales, procurement, finance, warehouse, and logistics to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–6 members.
  • Manage sales demand forecasting, rolling forecasts, and budget planning.
  • Continuously monitor targets versus actual performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
  • Work closely with management to drive growth strategies and improve sales platforms.
  • Conduct periodic salesman-wise KPI reviews against targets.
  • Participate in robust MRP planning in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Oversee sales order management and control processes.
  • Maintain strong coordination with customers to ensure high service standards.
  • Work with logistics for route planning and delivery optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Diploma in Material Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 7–8 years of experience in planning and customer coordination.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
