Customer Relationship Officer

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Relationship Officer to build strong relationships with our customers, drive satisfaction, and ensure long‑term loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product/service information.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads, renewals, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities to meet sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams (support, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
