Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Front Desk Receptionist and customer relationship role located in Dha phase 6 Lahore. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Fluency in English and Urdu languages
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Cold Calling
• Followup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
