About the Role
Truckoom is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Retention Executive – International Sales to manage and retain clients in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will focus on building long-term relationships, reducing churn, and maximizing customer lifetime value through proactive engagement and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain existing international (UAE-based) clients
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor client usage and proactively engage to prevent churn
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer retention, sales, or account management
- Experience in international/UAE market is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and build trust
- CRM knowledge is preferred
