We’re hiring a Customer Relationship Specialist to be the friendly, professional voice (and face) of our company. You’ll work side-by-side with our leadership team, talk to customers across consumer, business, and reseller channels, and have a direct impact on revenue, retention, and the experience every single customer has with our brand.
About the Role
This is a front-line, high-visibility position based at our Elgin, IL office. You’ll be the first point of contact for everyone who calls or walks through our door — consumers, B2B partners, and resellers alike. One minute you’ll be warmly greeting a walk-in customer, the next you’ll be upselling a service upgrade by phone, and later in the day you’ll be helping a new reseller get onboarded to our systems. No two days look the same, and your work directly drives our growth.
What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming first interface for all our customers — consumers, businesses, and resellers — both over the phone and in person at our Elgin office.
- Manage inbound calls from consumer customers, understand their needs, and convert conversations into service upgrades and add-on sales.
- Run outbound campaigns to consumer customers — reaching out with offers, renewals, and value-add opportunities.
- Partner with our Chief Revenue Officer to organize and run structured onboarding call sessions for new B2B clients and resellers, helping them get up and running on our systems quickly.
- Support the administrative team with Accounts Receivable — following up on invoices, answering billing questions, and helping keep our books clean.
- Be the voice our customers remember — professional, warm, solutions-oriented, and proud of the work you do.
Who You Are
- A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people — on the phone, in person, and over email.
- Sales-comfortable. You don’t shy away from upselling because you know a good recommendation is a favor to the customer.
- Organized and reliable — you can juggle inbound calls, outbound campaigns, onboarding sessions, and AR follow-ups without dropping the ball.
- Tech-savvy enough to learn our CRM and internal tools quickly.
- Customer-obsessed. You take pride in turning a frustrated caller into a loyal fan.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, call center, or front-desk reception.
- Experience supporting B2B onboarding or working with resellers/dealers.
- Familiarity with AR / billing follow-up, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Experience running outbound call campaigns.

The Details
- Location: Elgin, Illinois — this role is 100% on-site (not remote, not hybrid). You must be able to reliably commute to our Elgin office.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
- Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 employee.
- Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives (commensurate with experience).
