More About the Role


  • Controlling and communicating with the international customers
  • Follow Purchase Orders, controlling order details, planning delivery time plan and back-orders in accordance with related departments
  • Keeping track on the overdue payment, discount, promotions etc. of each customers group and updating information on the related systems
  • Following system entries & control of price lists, contract, and commercial terms in accordance with sales teams
  • Managing and maintaining sales data through and with sales teams in SAP ERP & S4, ICRON and other CRM tools
  • Assisting in the roll-out of the customer portal across product groups together with the Sales Ops. Technology and Analytics team. Through overseeing sales funnel; assisting in coordinating demand planning, forecasting, order fulfillment and allocation related communication across commercial and supply chain functions
  • Assisting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual content for region/coordination office/product management & executive presentations and board reporting
  • Processing reclamations and coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution




All About You


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Good command of MS Office applications (Especially MS Excel)
  • Experience of SAP ERP (SD) and SAP S4 HANA modules is a plus
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and a good team player
  • Positive attitude, agile, ability to multi-task and act proactively and well self-motivated
