Customer Representative Executive

• Support e-commerce activities, resolve customer queries, deliver customer satisfaction, build relationships, participate in marketing calling campaigns, assist in logistics-related tasks, and manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing general administrative support.
• Feedback management with active gathering and analysis of customer feedback contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate comprehensive reports to ensure that valuable insights are utilised efficiently and data-driven strategies are implemented.
