This is an on-site position.

Office Location: E-1 Society, Johar Town Block E 1 Phase 1 Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 3pm to 10 pm OR 6pm to 1am

Job Summary

This role is ideal for a female professional who is passionate about their work and also has the confidence and communication skills to engage with clients and support business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote company's products.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner via phone and emails.
• Generate leads and assist customers in understanding their needs and finalizing deals
• Collaborate with team members to understand business goals that support client growth and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you do not have fluent English speaking, then please do not move further with this application.
• Excellent written communication skills - most of our clients engage through emails.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities across customer-facing roles.
