Customer Representative Officer - Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and support.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries
  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, social media, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Guide customers through company processes and policies.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints
  • Investigate and address customer issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve concerns.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Customer Follow-Up
  • Follow up with customers after sales or service delivery.
  • Gather feedback to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain Customer Records
  • Update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, complaints, and feedback.
  • Prepare customer service reports when required.
  • Support Sales and Business Growth
  • Promote products and services to customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist in achieving customer retention and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Communicate customer requirements and feedback internally.
  • Ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
