- Maintain Customer Records
- Update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, complaints, and feedback.
- Prepare customer service reports when required.
- Support Sales and Business Growth
- Promote products and services to customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in achieving customer retention and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Internal Departments
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Communicate customer requirements and feedback internally.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
