- Complaint Handling
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer issues.
- Maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
- Customer Support
- Assist customers with product selection, service requests, and account-related matters.
- Guide customers through company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
- Update customer information in CRM systems.
- Prepare customer service reports and feedback summaries.
- Sales Support
- Identify opportunities to promote products and services.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Encourage repeat business through excellent customer service.
- Coordination with Departments
- Liaise with sales, operations, finance, and other departments to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure customer requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Retention
- Implement customer retention strategies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvements.
- Build trust and strengthen the company's reputation among customers.
