Customer Representative / Sales Executive

Ethisol is a digital marketing firm that helps brands grow through creative storytelling, design innovation, and data-driven strategy. We are looking for an energetic Customer Representative / Sales Executive to manage client communications, handle inquiries, and support our business development team in generating and closing leads.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails with clients.
• Present and promote Ethisol’s digital marketing services to potential customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through outreach and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet monthly sales and communication targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for client onboarding and project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM or spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, telesales, or business development (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Urdu).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with telemarketing, cold calling, or CRM tools.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and online communication tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
