  • Identify and contact inactive or lost customers via phone, email, and CRM.
  • Understand reasons for customer attrition and develop strategies to win them back.
  • Promote new offers, products, or services tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and recovery targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3–10years of experience in customer retention, tele-sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in Google sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
