Customer Sale Executive (Matchmaker) – Female Only

We are hiring Female Customer Sale Executives (Matchmakers) to join our professional matchmaking team. The ideal candidate will handle paid clients, understand their preferences, and guide them throughout their matchmaking journey to help them find compatible life partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned paid clients and assist them throughout the matchmaking process.
• Understand client preferences, background, and expectations to identify suitable matches.
• Communicate professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Present shortlisted profiles and coordinate introductions.
• Maintain detailed and updated records in the CRM system.
• Ensure every client receives personalized attention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, client relations, or matchmaking.
• Age: 24 years or above.

• Skills & Personality:
• Excellent communication (Urdu & English).
• Strong computer literacy and data-handling skills.
• Confident, empathetic, and well-presented.
• Emotionally intelligent and patient.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 120,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Timings:

• Full-Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
