Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Outbound Customer Sales Representative / Sales Executive to handle outbound calls. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers effectively to drive sales.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
• Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely coordination for delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales data in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer objections and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Meet and exceed assigned outbound sales and service targets.
• Maintain detailed records of all calls, responses, and outcomes.
• Adhere to company communication protocols and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in customer service and/or outbound sales.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
