This is an entry level role in our logistics department. We are looking for passionate individuals with excellent English communication skills. All job-related training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find cost effective haulage providers to deliver goods.
- Negotiate with existing hauliers to keep delivery cost low
- Manage shipment budgets
- Track & fix shipping errors
- Coordinate with hauliers to make sure smooth shipment of goods
- Communicate with Hauliers to ensure timely collection from warehouse and communicate ETA to the customer
- Coordinate and monitor operations of the shipment
Requirements:
- Strong educational background at least graduate level qualification.
- 0-1 year of experience in logistics, sales, or customer service department.
- Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
- Fluent in spoken and written English language skills
- Excellent computing skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
