Customer Sale representative (truck dispatching)

This is an entry level role in our logistics department. We are looking for passionate individuals with excellent English communication skills. All job-related training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find cost effective haulage providers to deliver goods.
• Negotiate with existing hauliers to keep delivery cost low
• Manage shipment budgets
• Track & fix shipping errors
• Coordinate with hauliers to make sure smooth shipment of goods
• Communicate with Hauliers to ensure timely collection from warehouse and communicate ETA to the customer
• Coordinate and monitor operations of the shipment

Requirements:

• Strong educational background at least graduate level qualification.
• 0-1 year of experience in logistics, sales, or customer service department.
• Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
• Fluent in spoken and written English language skills
• Excellent computing skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
