KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Should be able to work in AUS shift (0330AM to 1230PM)
Commercial Terms and Conditions (CTC) & price management

Analyses and challenges feasibility of commercial terms and conditions, based on business requirements

Verifies accuracy and consistency of collected data before entering them in the information system

Sets up the prices and commercial terms and conditions in the information system
-
Identifies rejections and manages the correction in the information system.

Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, duplicate or incorrect data
Request Management
-
Captures customer’s requests & claims related to commercial terms and conditions and prices
-
Analyses and provides issue resolution or appropriate answer
-
Contacts, follows up and closes the loop with customer
-
Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences

Shares recurring problems with the relevant internal partner(s) in order to find solutions
Financial transactions traceability
-
Ensures the traceability of financial transactions, regardless type of payment, to answer to audits requirements

Produces and archives all supporting materials according to the rules in force in the territory covered
Apply and improve work methods
-
Applies legal, fiscal and internal control rules (including embargo’s rules).

Recommends actions and evolutions to improve the efficiency of work methods, internal control compliance and customer satisfaction
Internal Control

Ensures both operations and projects are compliant with Internal Control requirements

Ensures the implementation of internal control requirements for the Sales Administration and Marketing & Sales teams

Guarantees that action plans are defined and deployed on time by the Sales Administration & Marketing & Sales teams
Educational Requirements
-
Masters/Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Work Experience
-
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in OTC/Order Management; preferably Cash application
-
Has exposure to Commercial terms & conditions defining and application.

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (primarily Excel)

Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Customer Centricity and people handling
Preferred Skills

Experience in complex Order Management System (Oracle) & other ERP applications.

Skilled in all Microsoft Office applications; specifically for Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge in Power BI/Automation tools is preferrable
