In the Customer Sales Associate role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales and wireless expansion efforts, helping to boost wireless connections for our customers, and enrolling them in services. This Customer Sales Associate role emphasizes customer service and sales responsibilities, including the execution of strategic sales and product initiatives, acting as a key customer liaison. The Customer Sales Associate will be knowledgeable to answer all customer questions on wireless enrollments and the services available. As a Customer Sales Associate role we are looking for someone to be solution oriented, hands on, customer focused and supportive in our team environment.

Customer Sales Associate Day to Day:

  • Communicate directly with potential customers, presenting tailored product and service options to meet individual needs and ensuring a clear understanding of offerings
  • Enroll customers in new wireless plans and explain the coverage, customer support, and set up for a clean sales experience
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, collaboration, and skill building in the role to become an expert and customers go to person with questions
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities to monitor progress, streamline the enrollment process, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of effective sales strategies designed to increase customer engagement and maximize revenue
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns professionally, and offering customized solutions that build trust and encourage long-term customer loyalty

Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales, retail, wireless or similar role
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and lead by example, inspiring team members to reach and exceed their goals is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency
  • A track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and performance expectations
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where adaptability and drive are key to success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,551.91 - $53,653.91 per year
