Customer Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote residential Roofing/Solar, using an approved script.

· Goal for Live Transfers is 2 qualified live transfers per day

· Goal for Lead Generation is 3 qualified leads per day

· Adhere to campaign and QA guidelines.

· Provide information about residential Roofing/Solar to customers.

· Answer customer questions and handle objections to persuade them to opt for solar/Roofing for their home.

· Transfer qualified leads to the client over the phone and meet monthly sales targets

· Record customer details and sales information into CRM system accurately

· Attend regular training sessions to keep updated with product knowledge and sales techniques

· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with campaign requirements and QA protocols.

· Deliver a positive customer experience through excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.

· Attend Morning and shift end meetings.

· Make sure hardware and software allocated to associates are maintained properly and not misused.

· Meet daily and weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Education

· Intermediate or equivalent

Skills

· Communication – Good English communication skills

· Empathy – Building rapport by genuinely understanding the customer’s perspective

· Patience – Staying calm and professional, even with challenging customers

· Active Listening – Understanding customer needs and responding appropriately

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
