Description :‎‎This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer service experience.‎‎

Skills Required :‎‎

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

‎Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills

‎Strong communication and interpersonal skills‎

Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries efficiently‎

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills‎

Fluency in English with a strong accent‎

Prior experience in the sales industry is highly preferred

‎Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets‎

Strong phone and closing skills‎

Target-driven and highly motivated

‎‎Benefits :

‎‎Base Salary: 40k-70k
