Customer Sales Associate

Vantix is currently expanding our team in Brandon, Florida and is seeking motivated Customer Support Associates to join our growing client services department. This role focuses on building professional relationships, supporting client accounts, and helping organizations identify service solutions that support their operational needs. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicating solutions clearly, and delivering a high level of professional support.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will work directly with local clients to ensure they understand available services and receive reliable support. You will assist organizations with questions, account updates, and service recommendations while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and guidance to clients regarding available services and solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts
• Assist with service inquiries, account updates, and client requests
• Communicate service options, features, and available promotions in a clear and professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and account activity
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account support
• Stay informed on company offerings, service updates, and operational procedures
• Contribute to team performance goals and client satisfaction initiatives
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience in every interaction

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and client-focused mindset
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to and from our office and clientele locations throughout Brandon, Fl
• Experience in customer service, account support, retail, hospitality, or client relations is a plus but not required
