Customer Sales Associate

We are seeking for experienced individuals to join our CSA Team. Your primary responsibility will be to verify customer information and ensure data accuracy following outbound sales.This is a full time, Night Shift on site role, ideal for candidates with BPO experience as well as fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills and want to build a strong career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verification calls to confirm customer details.
• Ensure accuracy of data collected by sales or support agents.
• Maintain call logs and records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to call scripts and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience on any campaign (preferred)
• Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills can also apply
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
