Sales Executive for Umrah & Tour Holiday Packages

Key Responsibility as Sales Executive for Umrah Specialist & Tour Packages :

Note: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

1. Package Sales: Promote and sell Umrah and tour packages to customers, meeting sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

3. Package Customization: Tailor packages to meet individual customer requirements.

4. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

5. Sales Outreach: Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person).

6. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Umrah and tour packages, including destinations, services, and amenities.

7. Booking and Payment: Manage booking processes, payment collections, and documentation.

8. Customer Support: Provide pre- and post-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns.

9. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.

10. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, reporting on achievements and challenges.

The goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and build a loyal customer base. Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

 High school diploma / equivalent

 Minimum 2/3 Years of Sales Experience

 Must have experience in handling directly with customers

 Excellent Communication Skills

 Negotiating Skills  Target and Goal Oriented

 Knowledge of Umrah Industry will be preferred

 Knowledge of International Tour Packages will be preferred

 Knowledge of Pakistan Tour Packages will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

  • Umrah & Tour Packages Sales: 2 years (Required)
