Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Knowledge of local real estate regulations and documentation

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

Market Research

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Travel to meet clients, attend property inspections, and participate in relevant events.

Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings and business requirements.
