Overview
NESL-IT is expanding its sales team and is looking for 2–3 motivated Customer Sales Representatives who can engage clients across multiple channels — Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and virtual meetings and help convert leads into long-term business.
This role is ideal for professionals who want ownership, commissions, and a clear growth path rather than just a fixed salary.
About the Role
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll represent NESL-IT’s IT services, understand client needs, and convert opportunities into closed deals.
This is a multi-channel sales role, combining:
Strong performers will be groomed into Senior Sales Executives and Team Leads.

Who Should Apply
✔ 1–3+ years of experience in IT sales, customer sales, or business development
✔ Experience with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling
✔ Strong English communication & persuasion skills
✔ Comfortable with international client interaction
✔ Sales-driven mindset with leadership potential
✔ Willing to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment
