Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, managing existing customer accounts, generating repeat orders, and converting potential leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers to generate repeat sales and maintain relationships.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert potential leads into customers.
  • Promote company products and special offers over phone and digital channels.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales activities.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
