About the Role

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Female Telesales Officer to join our growing sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, promoting solar energy solutions, and contributing to sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Candidates with previous telesales, telemarketing, call center, or customer sales experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in the solar energy sector will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products and services.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of telesales, telemarketing, call center, or sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Solar industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
