Customer Sales Executive (Fresh/ Student)

In NOAH TECH, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling the calls from patients in the United States.

The role involves assisting with appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, insurance verification, and providing accurate information while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high service standards.

Note: Lucrative Commisions and Incentives are provided along with the basic Salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the calls from patients in the USA.
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
• Schedule appointments with registered Medical Insurance Agent.
• Assist patients with basic insurance-related inquiries.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
