Job Overview

Envex Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Sales Executive with a strong background in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, generating leads, providing accurate quotations, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to understand custom packaging requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via live chat, email, and calls
• Understand client requirements related to custom boxes, packaging styles, materials, sizes, and printing
• Provide accurate quotations based on specifications, quantities, and turnaround time
• Guide customers on box styles, stock selection, printing options, and finishes
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, production feasibility, and timelines
• Maintain proper records of leads, quotes, and client communication
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of custom packaging (rigid boxes, corrugated boxes, folding cartons, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with live chat tools, email handling, and customer support systems
• Ability to understand technical packaging details and explain them clearly to clients
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience dealing with international clients (UK, USA, Canada preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and quotation systems
• Sales experience in custom printing, packaging, or manufacturing services

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Shift timing (UK and USA SHIFT)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
