Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting the UK, USA, and Canada.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, and negative keyword management.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and lead quality.</li><li>Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and CRM tracking.</li><li>Collaborate with SEO, Sales, Design, and Development teams to improve campaign results.</li><li>Analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.</li><li>Recommend and implement strategies to increase qualified leads and improve ROI.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>Proven experience in B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Experience managing campaigns for international markets, particularly the UK, USA, and Canada.</li><li>Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively.</li></ul>Job DetailsLocation: OPF Society, Lahore Working Hours: 11:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM Working Days: Monday to FridayWork Location: In person

Google Ads & Digital Marketing Manager (Female)

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers within the packaging, printing, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors.</li><li>Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Conduct personalized outreach through connection requests, direct messages, and follow-up campaigns.</li><li>Qualify prospects based on business requirements, decision-making authority, budget, and project timelines.</li><li>Schedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager or Sales Executive.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and prospect status in CRM systems.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B prospecting, appointment setting, or business development.</li><li>Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead research and targeting.</li><li>Experience targeting international markets, particularly the UK, USA, and Canada.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Strong research, organizational, and lead qualification skills.</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
