Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Representative for our Propane Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide customers with accurate information about after-sales services, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Record and update all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centers (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage workload efficiently.
