We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our Lahore office. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support both offline and online sales activities for Amtech Systems’ product range including Interactive Touch Displays, Digital Kiosks, Video Walls, SMDs, and Professional Displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, universities, and corporate clients to promote Amtech Systems solutions.
- Respond to inbound queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web leads.
- Convert leads into opportunities by explaining product benefits, financing options, and after-sales support.
- Maintain records of interactions and sales pipelines in CRM/Excel.
- Support online demo scheduling (Zoom/Teams) and coordinate with sales engineers.
- Follow up with prospects on quotations, installment plans, and product demonstrations.
- Assist with offline activities such as event outreach, roadshows, and exhibition follow-up calls.
- Provide feedback from clients to management for product/service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or Intermediate with strong sales background).
- Prior telesales / call center / inside sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu, and Roman Urdu typing.
- Strong persuasion and listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual / IT products is a plus.
