Sales Representative – Full time (Night Shift)

Base Salary: PKR 50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

Kingdom Trip is looking for confident and target-driven Sales Representatives to close high-value visa services for U.S.-based clients. If you’re great on the phone and want to turn your communication skills into serious income, this is your opportunity.

This is not appointment setting or blind cold-calling. You’ll be calling interested leads and directly closing sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based leads
• Sell Saudi visa services
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Track sales activity and update CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 50,000/month
• Uncapped Commission: Earn on every sale (no sales cap)
• Performance Bonus: Earn additional rewards for consistently hitting targets (based on company policy)

Who We're Looking For

• Strong spoken English (U.S. accent is a plus)
• Proven sales or call center experience preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working evening shifts (US time zone)
• Able to follow scripts and handle objections effectively
