Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
SwiftPath Logistics is seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll engage with clients across the US and Canada, promote our freight and logistics solutions, and build lasting professional relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Present and promote our freight forwarding and transportation services to potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored logistics solutions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
• Follow up on leads through calls and emails to convert opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a client-first mindset.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and company updates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (US/Canada experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of CRM systems and email tools.
• High confidence, resilience, and self-motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Full-time availability for the night shift at our office near DHA Phase 6.
