Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative to engage with potential customers, provide product information, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable products
• Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on company products, offers, discounts, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Hand-on experience with MS. Office
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
