CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are hiring experienced Cold Callers for a US Auto & Home Insurance Live Transfer Campaign. Your role will be to make outbound calls to US homeowners and drivers, qualify their interest in insurance quotes, and transfer interested prospects directly to licensed agents.

This role is ideal for individuals with call center, telemarketing, or insurance campaign experience who are confident speaking with US customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to US prospects using provided leads
• Introduce Auto & Home Insurance quotes in a professional manner
• Ask basic qualifying questions
• Transfer interested customers to licensed agents (Live Transfer)
• Follow the provided script and compliance guidelines
• Meet daily call and transfer targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or US campaigns preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and keep prospects engaged
• Comfortable working US shifts
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dialers/CRM
