Customer Sales Representative

Peak Solution is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Faisalabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, driving sales, and supporting outreach campaigns to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via calls, emails, or messaging platforms
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns to generate leads and sales
• Present, promote, and sell company training courses and services effectively to potential learners.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain professional relationships with clients
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus (fresh candidates can apply)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge
